UCC Seniors beat Trinity College Dublin 3-1 in the Collingwood Cup final at Eamonn Deacy Park, Galway today. Calvin O Callaghan put UCC ahead on 18 mins and Danny Pender scored the second midway through the second half. Substitute Rufus Holmes completed the scoring with his first touch after coming

Another fantastic performance by our senior team today. The wind and rain made it hard to play good football but the lads battled hard from the first whistle. Unable to break down NUIG in the first half and facing a strong wind in the second, the lads held strong and Jason Abbot grabbed the winner

Congratulations to our senior players today. They beat NUI Maynooth today after 110 mins of football and 18 penalty kicks. The game was action packed throughout. NUIM took an early lead from a free kick and added another early in the second half. UCC looked out of it at 0-2 until captain Cian Hill

The Senior team are hoping to maintain the good form they've shown in their last two games when they kick off their Collingwood Cup campaign tomorrow. They face last year's winners NUI Maynooth in the quarter finals. This year the tournament is being hosted by NUI Galway with all games taking place
