Welcome to UCC Soccer Club, we cater for all levels of the games, Our teams compete in local Cork leagues and FAI Colleges and Universities Football League.
About Us
UCC Soccer was founded in 1952 by students at University College Cork. It is one of the most successful clubs in UCC’s history.. The club is made up of 5 teams that play in the Munster Senior League and Cork Athletic Union League. As well as this, the club competes in 3 annual intervarsity competitions. The Collingwood Cup which is the premier intervarsity competition and the main focus of the club. The Crowley cup is open to any player that does not play any match time in the Collingwood. Finally, The Harding Cup is the Fresher intervarsity competition only open to first time fresher undergraduates. The club also competes in the CUFL leagues(Colleges and Universities Football league)
The club caters for all levels and turn out 5 teams every week - Senior, J1, J2, J3 and Freshers. All teams train at The Farm, Curraheen every week. Contact Greg Yelverton UCC Football Development Officer for more Information: g.yelverton@ucc.ie
